	Housekeeping and cleanliness are of the utmost importance and it is essential that standards are consistently maintained. Levels of cleanliness on the day were found to be very good.

	Well presented beds of very good quality, understand that the cottage is to have a king size bed. Protection noted to mattresses and fresh linen provided.

	Lighting and heating provision is very good. Ventilation also well provided for.
	Electrical appliances and kitchen equipment in very good supply. Appliances of very good quality appear well maintained and in good working order.
	Crockery, glassware and cutlery well provided.
	Equally well provided with a very good range of cookware and utensils.
	Again cleanliness to very good level.

SUMMARY OF THE REPORT

Huddlestone Cottage & The Hayloft have achieved the FOUR STAR rating for a further year. A good and comfortable standard of holiday accommodation is currently offered.
